CEO and Founder of FinePro
A pioneer in the field of energy efficiency in Israel. Ran brings the values of innovation and strategy with him from the world of business development. With the rise of awareness of the growing need for energetic renewal and conservation of existing natural resources, he began to show great interest in the field.
In 2001, he began commercial business activity in the field of natural gas in Israel. Over the years, with the acquisition of knowledge and experience and the accumulation of successes in the field, the sense of mission strengthened within him – the engine that underlies the growth of the FinePro company: Concentrating the company’s activities, locating and developing more high-quality and cost-effective technologies and making green energy accessible to all sections of the population and all sectors of the economy.
Dr. Stefano Trello
CEO of FinePro Italy
Dr. Stefano Tarlo has gained managerial experience and managed hundreds of millions of dollars in international gas and oil projects. Among others in Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt.
Dr. Tarlo joined FinePro as early as 2001 and was a partner in the formation of an Italian-Israeli consortium for the construction of a 300mw power plant in the Dead Sea. Since then, Dr. Tarlo has centered the company’s operations in Europe from the company’s offices in Rome.
Tamar Amir
Vice President Vendor Relations
Tamar Amir is the company’s supplier relations manager and is responsible for the ongoing relationship between the procurement department and the project manager.
Beyond that, Tamar coordinates and manages real estate transactions in which the company is involved in projects in Israel and around the world.
Tamar has gained 12 years of experience in the field as part of her work with clients in Israel and around the world.
Raanan Yoker
Senior Consultant
Raanan Yoker, a senior consultant and seasoned entrepreneur, has been making significant strides in the renewable energy sector since 2014. As a former lieutenant colonel in the army, Raanan now excels in managing electric vehicle charging initiatives and spearheading innovative projects in urban technologies and smart cities.

Gordano Guzzi, a prominent figure in the energy industry, has managed and developed IDROMECCANICA srl, the world leader in hydraulic compressors for bio-methane, natural gas, and hydrogen. With experience leading and planning thousands of energy projects globally, Gordano has also founded two start-ups in the hydrogen sector and currently serves as a senior consultant for related projects.

Roy Posner has been in charge and the company’s import manager for the past few years. Roy has over 15 years of experience in which he specializes in shipping and shipping. He has worked with international agencies, shipping companies, airlines, storage companies and more.
Mr. George Hans Lindinger
CEO of FinePro Germany
George serves as CEO of FinePro in Frankfurt, Germany. He comes with rich experience in international trade which he has gained, among other things, as an independent dealer on behalf of Mercedes Benz. The collaboration between Ran and George began in 2008 in an experimental project on behalf of the Ethiopian Government Company.
As part of the project, small wind turbines (600kw) were purchased from the German market, for installation and use in the Ethiopian market. Mr. Lindinger was chosen to lead the European arm of the FinePro joint venture with German car giant Mobile.de – one of the pioneering companies in the European (and global) arena in the field of electric vehicles. The company has initiated an innovative project that encourages the use of cooperative electric vehicles in the private and public sectors.
